Donnie and Selah DeShazer are the creators of the Harmony Architect profile, a relational framework designed to help household leaders understand how people naturally lead, respond, and make decisions under pressure. Their work focuses on the unseen systems operating inside families.

Donnie is an author & speaker whose work centers on fatherhood, male development, and leadership under pressure. He studies how responsibility and identity shape decision-making in men and families. His approach blends applied psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and faith-based leadership principles.
Selah is a holistic life coach specializing in nervous system regulation and lifestyle alignment within the family unit. Her work draws from mind-body practices, herbalism, and behavioral observation to support long-term relational health. She focuses on how the environment and internal regulation influence how people show up at home.
Together, they developed the "Harmony Architect Profile" to give families language for what is already happening beneath the surface. Their work helps couples and parents recognize their natural leadership patterns, reduce misinterpretation under stress, and create homes that feel steady and connected.
